In the new version support has been added for web-based stations that allow users to listen to Sirius Internet Radio and XM Radio Online through the application. Users however, still require a subscription with either Sirius or XM Radio in order to access the music. The update also adds the ability bookmark web pages to the user's favourites, and improved performance and battery life for aacPlus streams.

Pocket Tunes Radio provides users with thousands of stations to browse through, and enables search capabilities by city, state, call sign or frequency. Available for download from the App Store, the application is priced $10.
