Apple Store cross border

Apple has expanded the shipping options for its online store, now allowing customers to ship gifts to friends or family in different countries. The new service applies to the full catalog of iPod and Mac products, along with customized options such as iPod engraving and gift messaging. Customers must place orders from the Apple Online Store of the destination country.

International deliveries are currently available for Mexico, 15 countries in Europe and four countries in Southeast Asia. Orders can also be placed by calling the telesales number, 866.910.6558, which supports more languages than the respective store websites for each country.

Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are the only payment options. Return and refund policies vary by each country.
