    Be aware...

Be sure to read the fine print in any Vonage contract. I got caught in a situation where Vonage was unable to provide service and yet they charged me a $30 service charge to disconnect. Eventually, I just gave up trying to resolve all the problems I was having with their service (dropped calls, dropouts in conversation, inability to fax, etc.)
