Vectorworks 2009 plug-in now supports Cinema 4D R11

Nemetscheck and Maxon Computer have released an updated plug-in for Vectorworks 2009 and Cinema 4D (C4D) release 11 that will allow direct file exchange between the modeling and rendering programs. Along with the C4D-format export support, the plug-in also allows users to make changes to a model after the visualization process has started, using an auto-update feature in C4D. The software will automatically track any changes that are made to each model.
Cinema 4D 11 users should receive an automatic announcement when the program is restarted. The plug-in can also be obtained from within the software interface by navigating to the Check for Updates menu, or downloaded from the Maxon website. [via Architosh News]

Don't buy Vectorworks
I've really tried to work with this company but their support is so bad that I can't recommend their software at all. Their really isn't much out there for the Mac, but this is the Quark in this market. . Someone could come along and offer an excellent product with excellent support and take all of their business right away from them.
