  • CheckUp 2.1 ($25) is a tool designed to check and monitor the behavior of a Mac system, either locally or remotely. The software scans a computer and provides information on the systems functionality and overall performance and can also allow any unused applications to be removed. The latest update includes a revised interface, support for Raid disks, improved support for Spaces and a better memory test. [Download - 17.4MB]

  • TypeBook Creator 1.7 ($40) allows users to create and print type specimen books and font sample sheets of their fonts. The softwares built-in GlyphLogic engine analyzes fonts as they are added to the database and categorizes them into one or more of the built-in categories such as: Text Fonts, Serif and Flare Fonts, Sans Serif Font, Picture, and Script & Thematic Fonts. The 1.7 update includes improved error alerts while printing, batch categorization option, new category assignments for active and inactive fonts, and several interface enhancements.   • MacFamilyTree 5.4 ($49) is a genealogy program which features an iLife like interface, and options for reports, exports and printing. Version 5.4 includes the ability to to display a Context Chart for every person on a page. It also allows users to export all sources in a tree file including citations and includes a new web page design and makes Tree Statistics available for each web page. [Download - 50.2MB]

  • Desksaver Plus (free) is a widget that allows users to run screensavers on their desktop. Users can select from any of their installed screensavers and shows a CPU percentage indicator that shows if the screensaver is bogging down the computers performance. Version 1.2 has improved overall stability when the computer is waking or going to sleep and allows users to run screensavers downloaded from the web. [Download - 0.03MB]

  • OSCulater 2.8 ($19) allows users to control MIDI sequencers, console emulators or even the Kyma sound design workstation with a Nintendo Wiimpote or iPhone. The update includes a new Wiimote driver that supports the Nunchuk Controller, Classic Controller, Balance Board, Guitar Hero World Tour Guitar and Drums, and Guitar Hero 3 Guitar. It also includes a new 'Variable' event that enables building of composite OSC messages and a 'Timed Log' event that logs events to the console only once in every seconds. [Download - 4.2MB]
