Mac OS 10 5 7 update
Following the release of Mac OS X 10.5.6 in December, Apple is now said to be testing the next maintenance and security update to the Leopard operating system, Mac OS X 10.5.7, according to AppleInsider. Sources indicate that the upcoming version includes a large number of bug fixes, with nearly six dozen code corrections already contained in the 440MB pre-release package.
Version 10.5.7 reportedly will address syncing issues with Mail, AddressBook and system preferences, along with an issue that prevents Safari from accepting certain cookies. Developers are also working on updating and improving graphics drivers, Time Machine, printing services, screen sharing, MobileMe syncing, AirPort services and iCal.
The 10.5.7 update is expected to be released to the public sometime in the next few months.

better than 10.5.6
Well I hope they test it better than the 10.5.6 update which by any standard, as a maintenance update is an absolute disgrace that seems to break more than it fixes! I soooo loved the way clicking just about anything launched Apple Loop Utility...WT(Giant)F ?????
