  • SmartBackup 2.3 ($22) is a tool for creating various types of backups, such as small daily data backups on network drives or full bootable clones of Mac OS X on a second hard drive. The update includes a new option that can automatically purge archived files after a defined time. It also includes several bugfixes and general improvements. [Download - 0.95MB]

  • CosmoPod 2.9 ($9) is a Safari extension that can save web videos in iPod friendly formats. The applicatino can download most videos including FLV, WMV and DivX and export them to MPEG4 and H.264 encodings. The application can also convert any videos stored on a users hard drive to iPod friendly formats. The update has added support for h264/aac flash fides and is compatible with Safari 4 Public Beta.   • Cast Away 2.7 ($7) is a tool that allows user to schedule when to delete downloaded podcasts. Each podcast a user is subscribed to can be set up with different removal settings and the software can also playback individual podcast recordings. The latest version no longer forgets archive folder locations and can now generate logs of archived podcasts in a tab-separated values unicode iTunes playlist format. [Download - 0.63MB]

  • Hard Copy 2.4 (free) allows users to send digital faxes to other Hard Copy users. Users can enter a message or open a text document then send a document to a selected recipients printer. Version 2.4 has addressed cross-compatibility and font issues. The page set-up also now works properly and the 102 message reminder has been removed from the bottom of the window. [Download - 3.5MB]

  • CaliBrate 1.5 ($8) allows users to create iCal events in batch processes. Version 1.5 introduces the ability to search for blank event titles and has added an action to replace event titles with a fixed string. The update has also added an action for appending event notes to event titles and has addressed several bugs. [Download - 0.68MB]
