PulpMotion 2.1 update

Aquafadas on Tuesday introduced PulpMotion 2.1, an update to its slideshow animation application for the Mac. The newest version of the software now provides integration with iLife '09, and works with the new “Faces” feature in iPhoto. This ability is possible with both the standard and advanced edition of PulpMotion. Also included in the update is the integration of the latest version of Slideshow 3D '09, improved support for Lightroom 2, and various speed and memory improvements when exporting.

PulpMotion enables users to create slideshow animations out of pictures, videos, music, and a list of possible themes available in the application. In addition to creating slideshows, the software also offers exporting capabilities of the finished product. Users can send any finished work through e-mail, to the iPhone, as a podcast in GarageBand, or publish it on the web.

The latest update to PulpMotion requires Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later and can be downloaded from the Aquafadas website for free by current owners. For new users, a single version of the standard edition is priced at $50, while the advanced is priced at $90.
