Ubisoft Mac game lineup
Game developer Ubisoft has announced a new lineup of games, all ports of Windows titles, which should soon ship for Macs through a deal with TransGaming. Prominent in the list is Prince of Persia, the latest in the series of action-adventure games originally begun by Brøderbund. Players control the Prince as he helps the enchantress Elika restore fertility to the land; the main challenge is in navigating precipitous obstacles, while occasionally engaging in swordfights with a variety of enemies.
Joining the game in a March release will be Shaun White Snowboarding and the rhythm-based title Rayman: Raving Rabbids. Casually-oriented games set for the timeframe include CSI: Hard Evidence, an adventure title based on the TV series, and the kid-targeted Petz Sports. Prices and system requirements have yet to be specified, but the titles should be distributed both by Ubisoft and GameTree Online.
