ATTO debuts new H60F, H6F0 SAS host adapters

ATTO Technology has announced three additions to its line of 6Gbps SAS/SATA host adapters: the ExpressSAS H60F, ExpressSAS H6F0 and the 4-internal/4-external port ExpressSAS H644. The H6F0 and H60F models use a two-adapters-in-one architecture with two independent controllers in order to provide 16 lanes of connectivity, and offer approximately 60 percent faster performance than previous SAS adapters. All three devices support up to 256 physical devices, and are backwards compatible with 3Gbps SAS and SATA devices.
The adapters are also capable of delivering up to 600MBps per port, and are compatible with a variety of SAS, SAS 2, SATA and SATA II devices. Pricing and store availability are only available by request from ATTO.
