Cocktail 4.3 update
Maintain has released Cocktail 4.3 Leopard Edition, the latest update to its Mac maintenance software. The new version allows users to clear potentially harmful files including common trojans such as PokerStealer, iServices.A and iServices.B. It also adds the ability to clear CrashReporter and HungReporter logs, while fixing compatibility issues with QuickTime7.6.
The program offers an interface that is designed to simplify the use of advanced UNIX functions. Users can customize the Finder and Dock beyond the options provided in the system preferences, configure periodic maintenance scripts, or change start-up and sleep settings. Disk features can also be changed to provide automatic status checks or disable the sudden motion sensor.
Cocktail 4.3 requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later, with individual licenses priced at $15.

Malicious file deletion!
I love that headline. I know what's meant but that is funny because it isn't clear what is actually malicious. Reminds me of Installing Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. Yes, I need to delete my files more maliciously. Moohahah.
