...i was quite keen on Email It Later until i read how it works! your email is sent to them and then mailed out from their servers at the desired date/time :-(
re desktops/laptops:
it's always puzzled me why this feature isn't incorporated into the OS as is delayed printing is!
i've NEVER wanted to 'hold' a print job but would LOVE to have the ability to send an email i'd finished at 0200hrs to be sent at a more 'standard' time such as 0800hrs!
