  • Papaya 1.3 ($27) a tool for quick filesharing with distant parties. It operates as a web server, automatically producing URLs that can be sent to peers; once configured, users need only drag files to the program's Dock icon to enable sharing. Version 1.3 includes improved scaling, support for secure HTTP, an improved dock menu, better network performance, hot-key shortcuts for taking and sharing screenshots and several other enhancements and fixes.   • MacTubes 2.2 (free) allows users to search and watch YouTube videos from an iTunes-like interface. Within the application playlists of favorite videos can be created with videos that have been found through the integrated search functions. Users will also now find an HD Video Search function, an option to select the display order of playlist videos and other various fixes. [Download - 1MB]

  • Schreiben 4.1 ($7) is a word processor that has been designed to be easy to use. The application all runs from only one window that opens in the center of the screen on launch. The software supports most popular file formats including Word .doc(x) and Open Office .odt files. Version 4.1 includes a new fullscreen viewing mode, the ability to import from Word and several performance enhancements. [Download - 6.5MB]

  • Scribblet 1.5 (free) is a menubar item that can be used to store small notes and reminders. Things like inspiring quotes, movies to go see and trip plans can all be quickly jotted down and kept from cluttering up the desktop. The update has added the ability to keep multiple notes along with a standard keyboard shortcut for opening the Preferences window. An issues that prevented users from scrolling down in the Scribblet window has also been addressed. [Download - 0.89MB]

  • Floola 4.6 (free) is a utility that allows a user to manage their iPod or Motorola phone. Floola can copy, rename, delete music, videos and photos, add artwork and lyrics, manage playlists and keep podcasts up-to-date. It can also convert files like YouTube videos to a format that is compatible with the designated device. With version 4.6 photos are automatically sorted by date, several of the translations have been updated, memory usage in photo manager displayer has been improved, and other small issues and bugs have been addressed.
