Apps: Sync'Em, BaseElements, SlidePad

  • Sync'Em 1.2 ($50) is an application for syncing Exchange, Google and Apple contact and calendar information. The update has added extra options to the applications uninstaller which can be helpful with a later reinstall. Users will also find a few interface enhancements, a fix for a syncing issue that could cause the application to hang and a a work around for a problem with unhandled exceptions in OS X's Sync Services.   • BaseElements 2.5 ($500) is a FileMaker developer tool for analyzing and documenting FileMaker database solutions. BaseElements shows a cross reference of every element in a solution and can help developers find errors, track issues, document changes, and plan future development. Version 2.5 adds compatibility with the new features introduced in FileMaker Pro 10 and can now import a FMP 10 DDR as well as every version of the DDR back to FMP v7. [Download - 38.5MB]

  • SlidePad 1.0 ($20) is a note taking application that allows users to quickly jot down notes, thoughts and ideas. SlidePad hides to the side of the screen and can be accessed by using a keyboard shortcut. The user may then add their notes which can be formated with rich-text editing features such as font style and size. [Download - 1.2MB]

  • Web Dumper X 3.0 ($20) is an Internet tool that allows users to download entire websites for offline browsing. Web Dumper also downloads HTML documents along with their embedded pictures, sounds, movies. Version 3.0 includes SSL support, making it possible to download secured "https://" web pages. It is also now possible to retrieve either the entire site or a single page from the main window. [Download - 6.3MB]

  • MediaLink 1.6 ($20) allows users to access their iTunes, iPhoto and Aperture libraries from a PlayStation 3. User can search by song, album or artist on their PlayStation and also access their playlists, podcasts and videos. Version 1.6 has added a "Composers" menu to iTunes source along with an option to disable album art/poreviews. The update also addressed three known bugs that cause the application to crash.
