iPhone apps: iWheel, Grossinator, Crayon Physics

  • iWheel ($5) is an event scheduling and time tracking application for the iPhone and iPod touch. Users can select to calculate a date in the future by selecting a beginning date and the number of days, weeks or months until that event. The future date is then calculated and added to the iWheel Event Database where users can add additional details about the event. iWheel also features an email function which can be used to remind the owner of an approaching due date, or make others aware of upcoming events. iWheel automatically tracks saved event dates against the current date and displays a red badge on the iPhone home screen indicating how many events are late.

  • Grossinator ($1) contains a series of human sounds clips including breathing, coughing, laughing and sneezes. In total Grossinator provides users with over 80 human body sounds that have been organized into three different categories. Users can also choose to loop, set a delay or create a queue list of sounds to play in order.

  • Crayon Physics Deluxe ($5) is a 2D physics puzzle game that allows users to create drawings that can become fully interactive within the environment of the game. The goal of the game is to guide a ball through each of the crayon-drawn levels of the game. Players can use pivot points and ropes to help finish each level, then go to the level editor and create their own puzzles for friends to try and finish.

  • Tee-John ($1) is designed to be a fun and entertaining application that provides users with non-sensical wisdom from Tee-John, The Bayou Philosopher. The application includes over a dozen quotes that have been recorded in both English and Cajun French. A feedback option is also included in the interface that allows users to submit possible quotes to be added into future releases.

  • Road Trip ($5) allows users to record, track and visualize their car's milage and maintenance expenses. The application can track several vehicles and keeps all the related expenses exclusive to that vehicle and also includes support for both exporting and importing CSV Data.
