iFog for the iPhone

LibraFestival has released iFog for the iPhone, an application that enables users to blow into the microphone located at the bottom right corner of the phone, and create a foggy display on the screen. When everything is all fogged up, users can write messages or doodle with their fingers making lines appear in the fog wherever it's touched. Several capabilities of the application include being able to write a message prior to fogging up the screen, then having it displayed when the phone is blown into, e-mail fogged up messages to other people, and change the background of the iFog screen using either the programs pre-loaded backgrounds, photos from the iPhone library, or a photo just taken.

To clear the screen of all fog and writing, simply shake the iPhone and everything will disappear.

Currently available for free from the App Store, LibraFestival will be charging for iFog after the next version release. The next update will provide compatibility with iPod touch and iPhone software 2.1.

    DON'T

This is just a bad "me-too" of iSteam, which IS compatible with the 2.1 software, and is currently available for free at the iTunes App Storehttp://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=300748973

    Pass this one up

Simply a crappy copy-cat of iSteam. It is so sad that app after app is copied by some loser who can't come up with an original idea. Even worse is that websites like this promote the crappy copy instead of the superior original.

    OK

So this is a copy of iSteam? How did it get released? Isn't Apple supposed to stop this kind of duplication?

And I think you both missed an important fact. What point is this? To show off stupid things you can do with an iPhone/iPod? "Look, I can blow on it and it fogs up!" I guess its more fun after you've waste an hour getting 'drunk' playing with iBeer.

Man, we can get this, but not copy/paste, let alone the promised push functionality.

    iFog - the Best

This is Barak - we made iFog. Thanks for the post :)
Unfortunately, we have copycats - which be remain unnamed since I don't think they deserve any publicity - who released an inferior product 5 days following us and yet have the nerve to go all over the blogs and leave those nasty remarks. Guys, play play fair! Stay at home and code a better product as opposed to staying up all night and leaving silly comments on blogs.
    thanks,
    barak.

    iFog: first, better, FREE

iFog has better steam and is FREE, why get iSteam?
You guys should cover iFog! Why cover the copycats? (check the dates, iSteam came out 5 days after iFog)

    iFog is crapp

This app is crapp. iSteam has much better effects. It doesn't matter which is first only which is better. After all the iPod wasn't the first MP3 player on the market...

    iFog : wonderful

I love surprising my girlfriendwith messages I write with iFog. She's always amazed when I ask her to blow on my iPhone and the message magically appears!
And to the guys from iSteam: your negative marketing methods are not only a major turn off to look at your app, but also bad Karma. Especially after you copied other's creativity
