Wozniak to appear at MW09
Steve Wozniak will be making an appearance at next week's Macworld Expo, an announcement has revealed. The Apple co-founder will not be appearing on behalf of his former company, however, but rather as a member of the board of advisors for Axiotron, builder of the Modbook MacBook conversion. Together with other people in Axiotron, Wozniak will help to unveil new technology at Axiotron's booth, 502, starting at 12PM on January 6th.
The Wozniak appearance comes in a year when Apple's other co-founder, CEO Steve Jobs, has decided to forego a keynote at the expo, and moreover cancel any Apple presence at future Macworlds. The new direction for Apple has triggered a crisis in the Mac industry, particularly for Macworld organizer IDG, which is scrambling to find an alternative structure without one of its primary draws. Observers have noted that in past years, Macworld activity has revolved almost entirely around Jobs' keynote and the official Apple booth.

Steve Jobs gets what he deserves, as he robbed Steve Wozniak of intelligence, money, & respect for personal gain; sounds like his "Apple" company to me hasn't changed; like father like son.
Steve Wozniak is the real brains, and deserves the real respect... That is why Steve Jobs has to pay for his lifetime 'cause Mr. Jobs knows this is true. He stole from the beginning while working with Atari, the gaming era at the time.
So mister Jobs steals once, you know he stole from someone before, and he would do it again. Farewell, now karma is will deal with you...
Steve Jobs, you deserve no sympathy, you greedy snake of a b******.
Again, Steve Jobs gets what he deserves...

If Steve Jobs was respectable, his "own" company wouldn't kick him out during the beginning years of Apple, normally people ride their pride 'n' down even if it was a sinking ship.

. . . and where would Apple be right now if Gil Amelio had been head of the show since 1997 (or whatever year that was)? Probably about as innovative and profitable as Palm, if that.
Jobs may not be a sweetheart, but you can't deny him his own kind of genius. And my guess is that Woz is probably doing all right for himself. I'd be happy to fill one of his two shoes 'cause the guy ain't shuffling in a soup line.

Woz designed the guts of the first Apple, period. He was a one trick pony. Everything else he has designed since has been an abject failure in the market. Without Jobs, Wozniak is useless, irrelevant, and penniless. He is a revered icon of the geek universe because of what he did thirty-five years ago and nothing else.
Guest trolls, on the other hand, are about as relevant as a pimple on a pig's p**** dragged through the slop.

and, exactly WHAT has Woz done in - oh, I don't know, the last 25 years? This guy wears his reputation around his waist. You would think that if he were the innovative genius he claims to be, he might actually have done something.

Woz is part of Apple without claiming to fame, some folks need to do their homework then STFU
It's true Mr. Jobs stiffed the Woz a long time ago, so yeah payback is a Son of a B*
What a sour first way to deal with your partner, eh Jobs? Now you have a monkey for your back because of bad press.

Steve Jobs needs to retro pay his child support and admit to his theft to the Woz and be a man for once, or else the platform simply will stay with only the current homosexual fanbase.
90 percent of all mac users are g** or bi, weather they admit it or not. TRUE fact!
