  • Filemailer 2.0 ($15) is a utility that helps users share files between computers. The content can be dragged to the desired recipients name and the software will then automatically compress the file, enter its information in the subject line, insert the pre-composed message into the body, and send the file. The 2.0 update now features support for TLS authentication, and includes a new option to organize contacts into groups for sending to multiple recipients. [Download - 4.2MB]

  • Scene Detector 2.5 ($74) is a tool for Final Cut that allows users to find scenes in video files by using optical content. The software loads the Final Cut Project in an XML format, runs it with detection on and then adds markers and scene boundaries. In version 2.5, when exporting scene positions in formats other than FCP XML, the software outputs different values for end of scene positions. [Download - 0.7MB]

  • PiggySMS (Free) offers an alternative to sending SMS messages from a carrier's website. It gives a user quick access to all of their mobile contacts through integration with Address Book. The software currently supports over 40 different service providers and additional carriers can be added with plug-ins. [Download - 1.2MB]

  • Multiuser Pro 1.5 ($79) allows users to create multiple Final Cut Pro users within a single Mac OS X user login. They can then migrate preferences across multiple machines in a SAN environment or create preferences based on a user or project name. Version 1.5 includes a new GUI and minor bug fixes.   • TypeIt4Me 4.1 ($27) is a typing tool that will expand abbreviations as a user types. A set of pre-configured abbreviations is included, while custom entries can also be added. Anytime text is entered, TypeIt4Me monitors for the abbreviations and will automatically change them to the expanded form. [Download - 6.6MB]
