  • Pear Note ($40) is a note taking application that can record audio and video while a user is taking notes. All activities during a session are recorded including audio, video, user actions, keystrokes and slide changes, which are then placed on a timeline which can be replayed. Pear Note 1.1 adds the ability to share notes with others by exporting text, audio, or video. The update also allows users to import externally recorded audio or video. Additional new features include enhanced text editing capabilities such as lists, links, and tables as well as numerous user interface and stability enhancements. [Download - 3MB]

  • Dialectic 1.3 ($25) Dialectic provides system-wide dialing of phone numbers to different devices and services such as Bluetooth mobile phones, landlines, several IP phones, many VoIP services, advanced telephony
    hardware such as Ovolab Phlink, Parliant PhoneValet, FRITZ!Box, and more. The 1.3 update adds support for Google's GrandCentral service, Yahoo! Messenger voice out calls and the magicJack device. The update has also added several new preference options including the option to close the main window after dialing and the option to float the main window over all over windows. [Download - 6.2MB]

  • My Things, Your Things 1.0 ($10) helps users keep track of all the items they have borrowed or lent to others. Within the software one can set up due dates with automatic alarms which can remind them of when to return an item such as a library book or rented DVD. My Things, Your Things also features organization options that can help users sort through items with smart groups and relate items to contacts in Apple's Address Book. [Download - 2.3MB]

  • SubPixel Display 1.0 ($10) allows developers to see the color information of subpixels used to display a pixel's color. The main interface includes two windows, one displays the area around the cursor with an 18x magnification while the other shows the same area using subpixels. Users can then reorder the blue and green subpixels or change the black and white threshold to see how this effects the original viewing area. [Download - 2.6MB]

  • EasyWMA ($10) is a tool for converting wma, asf, flv/wmv audio,real media, and ogg vorbis files to aiff, mp3, m4a, or wav so that they can be used in iTunes. The application has a simple interface that feature drag-and-drop support and is also capable of performing batch conversions. Version 2.9 has added support for the real media format along with audio notifications when conversions finish and preferences for preserving the original date when converting files.
