Connect app for iPhone
Maplewoods Associates has announced Connect, an iPhone application that allows users to automatically gain access to either a live operator or a specific department in a company. When using Connect to dial a toll-free number, the application will send a string of tones that guide the user's call to its desired location, eliminating the need to enter multiple sets of numbers. The app contains integrated phone-tree maps of almost 1,000 companies across the US, Canada and the UK, with more to be included in the future.
Connect is available for free from the App Store.

The interface is horrible rendering the application useless.
