PowerMail 6
CTM Development has released PowerMail 6.0, the latest version of its application for searching and managing e-mail. Users can now sync with MobileMe or take advantage of full coexistence with iPhone mail. The release adds a self-updating function, batch importing for Apple Mail databases and addresses, and the ability to match and merge imported folders into existing folders.
A "quick look" function displays text, graphic, and multimedia attachments from within the application. Import and export capabilities are supported for Apple Mail and Thunderbird, and a new filter debugger provides plain-text descriptions of filter actions. Mail can now be archived to avoid reaching the 2GB single-database limit.
PowerMail is priced at $60, or $30 for registered users of previous versions.

great app
I've used PowerMail since converting from Emailer when I switched to OS x. Blows the c*** that is apple mail out the water in terms of usability and filtering.
Although I think plugging the app as working with the iPhone is a little bit of a reach. It isn't anything you can't do in v5 for goodness sakes.
