Altomac debuts Running Application 2009
Altomac has released Running Application 2009, a program launching utility featuring a small floating palette that lists all available applications. The software is designed for organizing multiple open programs, allowing each to be brought to the foreground by clicking on the corresponding icon in the floating box. Users can also create several application sets for launching, closing, or hiding several programs simultaneously.
Running Application 2009 can be downloaded for a 30-day trial, or purchased for $10.

Correct me if I'm wrong..
but isn't this the function of the Dock?????
Very System 7!
Wow, talk about retro. This thing is straight out of the early 90's!
Non-typist that I am, prefer the keyboard based application LaunchBar. It's a great compliment to Spotlight. Much faster and a near-zero setup time.
If you REALLY want a floating palette launcher, DragThing beats 'em all.
