Acclivity aquires MYOB US business software

Acclivity buys MYOB US
Acclivity has purchased MYOB software, along with its development teams from MYOB Australia. Acclivity will continue to develop, support and sell MYOB products in the US, and sell MYOB products in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Acclivity also plans to expand into Canada.
The purchase should allow Acclivity to work more for small businesses using Macs. Scott Davisson, Acclivity Managing Partner said, “We’ll... be able to assert our Mac focus by building great solutions for small businesses that use Macs; an often underserved group.” Current MYOB US customers, as well as Australian and New Zealand Mac customers, will continue to use the same products and have access to the same support resources going forward.
MYOB providers of accounting, payroll and business software geared towards small businesses. MYOB products include AccountEdge, Premier Accounting, First Edge, BusinessEssentials and Checkout.
