RISLinQ 4 for Mac OS X

Radiology technology company PETLinQ has announced the release of RISLinQ 4.0Mac. RISLinQ is a radiology information system, one which integrates tools for scheduling, operations, dictation and transcription. The web-based application is claimed to eliminate the need for a central server. An e-payment feature allows billers to process multiple charges simultaneously, with a collections work-list format that can sort by payer, dollar amount, account balance or age.

RISLinQ allows users to check patients in, schedule for multiple facilities, or use patient protocol scheduling to optimize reimbursement. Analysis tools are provided to measure productivity, physician referral volume, or cancellations. As a client checks in, their insurance information is updated and compared against medical necessity and eligibility checkers.

The Tech Worklist and Tech Log features automatically route scans into a list that can be used to notify doctors of cases that await dictation. After a doctor finishes dictation, the application allows transcriptionists to complete the reports, which are then e-signed and sent to relevant parties.

RISLinQ 4.0Mac is now available. Pricing information is available from PETLinQ's sales team.
