EasyBatch 1.0 handles bulk image processing

updated 10:10 am EST, Thu November 20, 2008

EasyBatch 1.0 ships

BravoBug has debuted the first version of EasyBatch, its image processing tool. The software is designed to handle image edits in bulk, primarily in terms of size and shape; users can scale or resize images in terms of pixels or inches, rotate them, and specify DPI resolution. Additional tweaks include adjustable interpolation and the ability to apply watermarks.

Tasks indirectly related to image content include dynamic file renaming, and conversion to JPEG, TIFF, PNG or bitmap formats, with configurable compression or interlacing. Formats that can be opened with the software include the above types, as well as PDF and Photoshop documents. EasyBatch runs on Mac OS X 10.4 or later, and is free as shareware but $18 to register.
