iPhone apps: Holiday Gift List, ColorMatch, Moods

  • Holiday Gift List ($2) is a gift manager for holiday shopping this season. The tool helps users keep track of what shopping has been done and what needs to be done. If a gift idea is thought of anywhere users can easily add it to a list so it is not forgotten about later. The application can also be locked with a password to keep unwanted eyes from seeing the gift lists.

  • ColorMatch ($5) lets users select a color they have in mind, then the application will provided users with five complementary colors that make good matches. The users can also select a Boldness level to make the generated color compliments fit closer to their personal tastes and preferences. Base colors are available to be chose and then users may customize these with sliders to find the exact color they are looking for.

  • Moods ($2) helps users keep track of their feelings and emotions by allowing users to record their current state of mind. Moods features 32 custom emoticons that are all unique to a different feeling and after select one a user may add a custom note. Tools for tracking feelings over time are also included that detail how often each mood was recorded and when they were recorded.

  • Daily Recipe ($2) provides users with a new healthy recipe everyday. If a user likes the recipe they can choose to save it to their iPhone or iPod touch for later viewing. The recipes range from many different types of ethnicity meaning users will be provided with a good variety of options.

  • SmartTime 1.3-Organize your LifeStyle ($10) is a tool for organizing various tasks, deadlines and appointments. Tasks can be prioritized and then sorted into one of three views, SmartView, Calendar or Focus. SmartView organizes things to be done in a more of a mind map manner, while Calendar provides a more traditional view and Focus lists things left to do, and things completed.
