Curio 5.2 released
Zengobi has posted the v5.2 update to Curio, its Mac organizational software. The app combines note and task management functions with components for brainstorming and mind-mapping. The upgrade makes several improvements, most notably the ability to insert links to external applications within a Curio project. When drawing, users can now also generate multi-point lines.
Other changes include dynamic variables, such as idea space titles, and miscellaneous improvements within the Search, Status and Scrapbook shelves. Curio requires Mac OS X 10.5, and costs $99 for the Standard edition, or $149 for Professional. Among other items, the Pro version adds the Status and Idea Space Templates shelves.

A minor clarification
The summary is almost right. Curio could already handle URLs to other places, but new in Curio 5.2, you can now create a hyperlink to a specific figure inside of Curio. Then simply paste that URL in any other app that supports external URLs. Then when you click on that URL, Curio will automatically launch, open the project, and zip to the specific figure. A cool way to integrate Curio with other apps.
