Quark Publishing System supports InDesign, InCopy

QPS supports InDesign
Quark explains that it has expanded the support of Quark Publishing System, its workflow companion software for QuarkXPress. QPS should now support both QuarkCopyDesk and Adobe InDesign, and by consequence, Adobe InCopy. The newly-supported apps should thus be able to operate under the same workflow, for instance allowing check-in through the same software, and assignment of InCopy articles from within InDesign.
Assets from QPS can be dragged into the apps' layouts, and users can access list and project views from a central location, as well as thumbnails. QPS now additionally handles dragging content from Microsoft Word into InDesign. The overall InDesign support requires use of special XTensions for QPS 7.5 or 8; Premium Connections are said to be necessary for using QuarkXPress, QuarkCopyDesk and InDesign/InCopy simultaneously.
