Reference manager released
Third Street Software has released Sente 5 Undergraduate Edition, a lower-cost version of its academic reference manager. The software aids users in finding, organizing, reviewing and citing academic literature, and it maintains a library of PDF files for future browsing. The Undergraduate Edition is fully-featured, but limits each library to 250 references. It is aimed at students, who theoretically need fewer references and would prefer a lower price.
The Undergraduate Edition of Sente 5 is now available for $35, compared to the full version's $125. Sente 5 requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher, with 1GB of RAM being recommended.
