FontDoctor 7.6 unveiled
Morrison SoftDesign on Thursday unveiled FontDoctor 7.6 for Mac, offering users a number of application-specific fixes, user interface updates, and other issues. The update includes improved support for Quark, Microsoft, and Adobe font caches, and older font suitcases. Support for PostScript file name repair has been enhanced, as well as diagnosing Mac OS X font compatibility issues. FontDoctor 7.6 is available for $70 from Morrison SoftDesign's website.
In addition to the numerous format-handling enhancements, Morrison SoftDesign has also resolved issues with the user interface, numerous crashes, and fixed font ID number repairs, which may have been effecting other applications.
