AirPort Extreme update fixes roaming issue
Apple has released a minor software update for its AirPort Extreme router, 2008-003. The update is a 2.2MB download, and is said to fix problems with AirPort connections when roaming within larger Wi-Fi networks. The code is specifically said to benefit owners of Intel Macs running Mac OS X 10.5.5.

PPC?
Does this mean it's a problem isolated to Intel macs or that they're just not offering PPC updates?

I checked Software Update last night after seeing that the update was available but nothing came up as needing updating.

Apparently untrue story
It appears that this story is untrue. Based on a search of Apple's support website, there appears to be no such update posted.
Too bad, because my Intel MacBook running 10.5.5 is the only one of my computers that can't seem to stay connected to our home Airport...
