Macvide releases FlashVideo Converter 2.0

FlashVideo Converter 2

Macvide has released FlashVideo Converter 2.0, the latest version of its Flash to video format conversion utility. Users can convert movies to MP4 files for viewing on an iPod, or record Flash games while they are being played. SWF or FLV files can also be converted to 3GP or 3G2 formats for use on other mobile devices.

Files from Flash versions including 6, 7, MX, 8, and 9 can all be converted. ActionScript or ActionScript2 are supported, with adjustments for height and width dimensions of exported video. FlashVideo Converter 2.0 for Mac OS X 10.4 or 10.5 is available form Macvide for $100.

    Are you kidding me? That price seems a little steep for the casual user.

    There are sites on the internet that can do all of this for free. You can change FPS, bit-rate, split the file, remove or extract the audio, change the bit-rate of the audio, resize, change formats (mov,wmv,mpeg-4 many more) pretty much everything the average user needs.
