Geneva opens four days earlier than originally predicted, and will be located on the Rue de Rive. Geneva and Zurich's Glattzentrum are the second and third Swiss Apple Store.
Bristol's Cabot Circus Apple Store, the 19th UK location also opens Thursday, located on Philadelphia Street, Bristol, UK. It is advertising free T-shits and a grand opening sweepstakes including a MacBook and iPod nano. Calgary's Market Mall, the eighth Canadian Apple Store, opens on Shaganappi Trail NW, Calgary, Alberta. Honolulu's third store, Royal Hawaiian, finishes the week of openings, located on Kalakaua Ave, in Honolulu, HI.
Israel's first Apple location, launched by iDigital, Apple's official distributor in Israel, opened September 21, in Ramat Aviv, near the University of Tel Aviv. It is set up to emulate an official Apple Store, offering its own version of AppleCare called the iDigital Care Protection Plan, according to Applefeed.gr.
