Macally Nano, Touch cases
Macally has launched multiple new iPod cases, amounting to 12 in total: six for the fourth-generation Nano, and six for the second-generation Touch. Each of the 12 cases is retailing for $20. Nano cases include the IceSuit, a protective case with white accents on clear silicone, plus a cable management system. The Divo is a brown leather case with orange stitching highlights, while the Bella is a leather/micro-suede combination with a neck lanyard and a brushed metal carabiner. Another silicon-based case is the mSuit, arriving in black, white and clear shades.
The Metro is another hard case, made of rubberized plastic that is 1mm thick. The Mirage is the last Nano case, using hard-shell polycarbonate on its back, and a mirrored finish on the front that is transparent when a player is turned on. A belt clip is provided as well.
The Touch cases include the Bella, similar to the version for the Nano; the mCase, a slip-on leather model that opens at the bottom for docking; and the Ice Case, a clear hard-case with a removable bottom for docking and a built-in stand. The Touch variant of the mSuit is a thick silicone case in black, white and clear tones, while the Metro is again 1mm thick. The related MetroTCM is a rubberized plastic case with cable management.
