Mac OS X localized in Hebrew after long wait
Israelis and others can now use Mac OS X in Hebrew, says Apple's official distributor in the country, iDigital. Although versions of the operating system have been available elsewhere and in many languages since 2001, this is the first official translation of the software for Israel, developed over the course of two months. The company says it was assisted by a collection of third-party testers.
The new localization of Mac OS X is a free download for Israelis, as well as other Hebrew-speakers around the world. iDigital meanwhile says that the country's first Premium Reseller is scheduled to open soon in Tel Aviv, within the Ramat Aviv Mall.

yes..,
it's about time!!
Fantastic
This is fantastic news as this takes the OS to a whole new level. With the support of Arabic, Hebrew, etc, Mac OS X continues to reign supreme!
Jeez
It took them 7 years to do 2 months worth of work? Thanks, Apple.
Two months?
Testing mirrored "locales" is very complex, coming up with a mirrored locale OS with an Apple level of quality is monumental.
Woot.
Mazaltov! Or how ever it's misspelled..
