Front Row, MobileMe updated for iTunes 8
Apple today released Front Row 2.1.6 and MobileMe Control Panel 1.1 for Windows. Both updates contain bug fixes and compatibility with iTunes 8.0, which was also released today along with a new version of QuickTime. Apple has had a busy day for updates coinciding with its "Let's Rock" event promoting improved iPods. The new iTunes contains HD content for purchase and uses a "Genius" function to group similar playlist items.
