MacUpdate offers Back-To-School app bundle

Longtime Mac OS software supplier MacUpdate on Wednesday unveiled its new Back-To-School-themed bundle, featuring 10 software titles normally priced at $600 separately, available for $50. MacUpdate is offering all purchasers of the bundle access to seven of the titles initially, with three subsequent applications to follow. Customers who are among the first to purchase the bundle will receive a bonus mystery app, but MacUpdate would not immediately reveal its nature.
The bundle includes the Bookends reference and bibliography management app, Periscope security software, the Mellel multilingual word processor, DEVONagent internet search tool, Norrkross Movie for video editing, Alarm Clock Pro with alarm and timing capabilities, and HookUp, software that allows users to share and access iTunes libraries beyond a home network.
MacUpdate says that as certain sales targets are met, all users will progressively receive MacJournal, Contactizer Pro, and LightZone.
