iRiver set to unveil multi-featured P20, M3 PMPs

iRiver to show new PMPs

In addition to the Spinn recently unveiled by iRiver, the company is also getting ready to show off new devices at the upcoming IFA 2008 exhibition in Berlin, introducing the P20 and M3 in the process. The Korean consumer electronics maker's P20 packs a 16 million color 4.1-inch AMOLED touch-screen display and 80GB or optional 120GB capacity drive.

The player will play audio and video files, in addition to radio broadcasts from the integrated FM tuner or DMB programming in markets that support it. Like the Spinn PMP, controlling all the features and navigation content is done via iRiver's Spinn interface. An electronic dictionary is part of the device's feature set, as is voice recording and flash game support. Battery life is rated at 12 hours of music playback, 9 hours of video and 8 hours of DMB broadcasting.

The M3 trades the DMB receiver and several other features for a built-in GPS receiver and navigation software. Its ultra-slim design centers around a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD display, and the M3 will play back video and audio files, as well as displaying photos.

Neither release date nor pricing information has been announced by iRiver. [via iRiverFans]
