Some users have reportedly had issues with customer service representatives not allowing them to add the visual voicemail pack to their plan, others have had no issues though, the video proves the process is possible, so with enough persistence with Rogers or Fido customer service representatives, users in Canada may be able to use visual voicemail on a (hacked) first-generation iPhone in Canada.
