Canoto Cumulus updates

Canto has released version 7.5.4 of its Cumulus digital-asset management platform and promised that version 7.6 would be available soon. The 7.5.4 update addresses an issue that affected users of Cumulus Backup Manager and also increases the performance of Cumulus Servers running 64-bit Linux environments, and offers reliability enhancements for customers using central asset locations or providing previews of Office documents. Cumulus 7.5.4 is a free update for registered users of Cumulus 7.5. New customers must contact the company for price-quotes on Cumulus.

The company also said that Cumulus 7.6 will provide users the ability to embed watermarks into images as well as self-generate PDF previews and thumbnails; other features will be announced when the v7.6 update ships. Cumulus 7.6 will be an update available only to customers on the company's active service contracts.
