GraphicConverter-6.1.1

Lemke Software has released its GraphicConverter 6.1.1 update, adding new features, updating others and providing a number of bug fixes. The new features include decoding of all images with mime attachments, a set label in operator function and a sort by label and/or creation date option in the browser. Graphic Converter 6.1.1 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4.4 or later and costs $35. There is a trial version available.

The update includes improvements to drawing inside an alpha channel, caliper calibration-shift support, a sort-folders option for catalog printing and 512x512 icon support when saving files. The software now protects exif data during the set-rating action and the IPTC window in the browser has added support for unicode display. The developer lists five bug-fixes along with many smaller fixes and enhancements. Lemke also offers versions of GraphicConverter for Macs on older versions of OS X (compatible back to Mac OS X 10. 1.5) and a classic version (for OS 8.6-9.2).
