Apple to open second San Antonio store on Saturday

Apple will open its second store in San Antonio, Texas this Saturday, the company has announced. The location is at 7400 San Pedro Avenue within the North Star mall, and is situated next to Ann Taylor and bluemercury; on launch day the store will be open from 10AM to 9PM, with Sunday hours being reduced to 12PM to 6PM. Monday to Friday hours are the same as Saturday's.
A normal array of services will be available, from Genius Bar technical support through to personal training and shopping appointments. There are currently no group workshops scheduled, however, and Apple is promising to demonstrate the iPhone, even though the 2.5G model is no longer on sale and the 3G version is only due on July 11th.
