Spectasia offers HUD-like Finder navigation
Spectasia from MATT Services brings fighter pilot technology to the Mac OS Finder to provide intuitive file and folder navigation. The company says it's unique "ergonomic retrieval" 3D layout makes desktop icons easier to spot, increasing productivity. This "Head Up Display" is said to be similar to the screens used in advanced fighter jets and provides a "clearly distinguishable angle-of-view and also depth location for every item."
The utility aims uses depth perception to reduce time users spend searching for a particular icon and wasted clicks. Spectasia requires an Intel Mac running Leopard, and is available now for about $20 USD.

This is a joke, right?
I don't get it either
It looks more like a proof of concept than something I'd actually want to use. They should post some videos of it in action because as it its I don't understand what it does and I don't feel compelled to download it to find out.
