Griffin accessories confirm 3G iPhone shape?

Griffin exposes 3G iPhone?

Production equipment for iPhone accessories has possibly confirmed the exterior design of the 3G iPhone, according to a Chinese website. iDealsChina (site not linked due to speed) says it has obtained photos of molds being used by Griffin, which were built with the express purpose of producing new silicone FlexGrip cases for Apple's yet-to-be-announced device. The images appear to confirm a thinner, more rounded back on the iPhone, and consequentially a new position for the camera.

Griffin is said to already be in the middle of producing the new cases, which according to iDeals estimates implies that Griffin has had the 3G iPhone for at least 14 to 19 days, and likely longer, as it would have to add its own custom touches regardless of the simplicity of a silicone case. The device is expected to be announced at Apple's WWDC conference, beginning June 9th.

    Less than a couple of

weeks till the 3G iPhone introduction. It doesn't really matter what the case mold looks like. The real thing will be here soon enough. This stuff is just grasping at straws for news.

    I like it

A blueish white iPhone with no screen would be a bold change for Apple. Think of it as an iPhone shuffle without the advantage of a small size. I think studies have found that most iPhone users use the "call random" feature the most and rarely browse the Web or use other features that require the screen. So the new iPhone shuffle has a one button interface that dials a random number from your contacts list. Obviously this is slightly more limited than the original iPhone, so the price as been slashed to $199.

    new iPhone

All I can say is that I have been finally set free of my verizon contract and for once in my life I can't wait any longer for an Apple product. I NEED one yesterday! It only makes matters worse that I dropped my Razr phone into a cup of coffee and am now relegated to using a Pink girly razr while I wait for the iPhone 3G!

I wasnt about to re-up my contract with Verizon. I am suffering ridicule daily from friends while using my Pink sequined outdated phone and I will be the 1st one in line upon announcement and don't care if its midnite!!

Please, Please Stevie J. Dont make me wait any longer.
    Signed- Anxious and embarrased!
