Toon Boom Studio Express 4 adds over 30 new features

Montreal-based Toon Boom Animation today unveiled Toon Boom Studio Express 4, a major update to its "light" animation software suite that introduces many new features and a revamped user interface. Toon Boom says that the interface is more user friendly, with docking interface items. A new calligraphic brush style was added to give animations a unique look. Toon Boom Studio Express 4 is available directly for a special of $100, $50 off its normal price.
Toon Boom Studio Express 4 also supports feathered edges for emulating blurs and glows. Toon Boom says the new version also includes over 30 other new features, including Flash pre-loaders and HTML embedding.
Existing users of Toon Boom Studio Express 3.x can upgrade for the introductory price of $10, normally $40; special pricing is valid until April 30th.

Look forward to upgrading this month to the latest version although this version on longer supports G4s so I'll have to wait until I get my new Intel Mac Mini to use it. This company is very responsive to user requests.
