RationalPlan for Mac OS X
Stand By Soft has released a special Mac OS X distribution of its project management software: RationalPlan is designed to assist project managers in developing plans, allocating resources, tracking progress, managing budgets and analyzing workload. Designed for construction, engineering, services&consulting, software development or any other business field, RationalPlan can help finish projects on time and within budget. The single project version is $57, while the multi-project version offers the ability to handle multiple projects, dependencies between projects, and the ability to share resources between projects; it costs $93. The RationalPlan Project Viewer is available as a free cross-platform download.
The software allows users to create, edit and delete calendars, build a work breakdown structure, and create dependencies between tasks. In addition, it offers options for lead/lag time and for task properties such as constraints and fixed cost. It can generate industry-standard Gantt Graphs and also offers a Project Guide that assists users with step-by-step, easy-to-understand explanations.

This looks like a Windows app of the late 1990's. Why can't 3rd parties enter the Leopard Age?

3rd parties will develop applications that look like any Mac version you want when Apple will create the best look&feel for their Java platform. The current look&feel is the one distributed by Apple. Don't you think Apple is the best suited for this job?
Anyway we are open to suggestions. Just tell us what you like. Lucian
