JumpStart converts FileMaker DBs for mobile web

JumpStart for FileMaker

FMWebschool recently announced JumpStart, a web-based application that allows users to access FileMaker databases from remote locations using a cell phone. JumpStart allows users to visualize their database, and configure which layouts are viewable with which permission sets. FMWebschool is offering JumpStart to FMGateway hosting clients for no charge, while non-client users can pay $10 per month to access the service.

JumpStart can create, delete, edit, and search records, while displaying portals, dynamic imaging, or editing multiple rows with one button. FMWebSchool claims the service accomplishes in 15 minutes that would otherwise take almost 30 hours, and be infinitely more costly.
