Syncro SVN Client 3.1
Syncro has launched an update to its SVN Client software, bringing it to v3.1. The program is multiplatform, and lets users quickly share, track and update code or documents. New to the upgrade are two extra modes for the Synchronize view, compressed and flat. Flat simply displays resources as a list, while compressed displays SVN content as a two-level tree, grouping resources by parent folder. Each mode prevents people from having to dig into subfolders or receive the full list of material.
The v3.1 update also introduces new actions, to the Working Copy, History and Synchronize views, as well as the revision graph of a folder. In the History view for example, a revision to a resource can be reverted by selecting it, locating the resource in the affected paths panel, and selecting "revert changes from this revision" in the contextual menu.
The Mac client requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher, as well as Java 1.5.0. Pricing starts at $60 for the the full version, or $35 for the upgrade; each option comes with a one-year support agreement, and discounts are offered for buying in bulk.
