MacBook keyboard fix

Apple today unveiled a firmware fix for MacBook and MacBook Pro owners, remedying some long-standing keyboard issues. The update says it addresses a problem where the computer would ignore the first key pressed after a period of inactivity, also addressing "some other issues", according to the supplied literature. Some users were having similar issues, but related to typing in a text field, regardless of whether or not the computer had been sitting idle.

The update is available through Software Update or from Apple's support site.

    Hmm..We shall see

Well I downloaded and installed last night and right after I put it to the test. It didnt wake from sleeping like my trusty ultra-portable 12" iBook. It didn't really bother to bad, however the true test for me atleast is the trackpad/mouse. Often times i feel like im going crazy because my mouse just dissapears and then viola! its back. Oh well, its definately better than being on the windows machine right now. It's driving me nuts. I hate these things.
