Kodak launches EasyShare Z1012 IS at PMA

At the Photo Marketing Association Show (PMA), Eastman Kodak added the EasyShare Z1012 IS Digital Camera - with 10-megapixel resolution and 12X optical zoom with optical image stabilization - to its line of Kodak EasyShare Consumer Digital Cameras. Kodak also added the ability for users to create a multimedia slideshow to combine pictures with music and transition effects directly on the right on camera. Kodak also touted the camera's face detection technology, which locates faces and automatically adjusts the camera settings.

In addition to the EasyShare Digital Cameras announced at CES, the Kodak EasyShare Z1012 IS offers HD-still capture and using the optional HDTV Dock can connect to any HDTV to process and display pictures from HD-enabled KODAK Digital Cameras, SD Memory Cards or USB drives.
